The Tuki Street Development is a 10-unit residential project delivered on a constrained and challenging site, requiring careful coordination of civil and building works to maximise the development potential of the property while managing site-specific construction complexities.

Holmwoods provided independent commercial and delivery oversight throughout the project, acting as Contract Administrator for the civil works package and Independent Certifier for both the civil infrastructure and vertical construction components. Our involvement saw a redesign to improve yield, a robust procurement process, commercial transparency, effective contract administration, and informed decision-making throughout delivery.
